Built in 1967, this apartment complex comprises a 6-floored building and offers guests use of a foyer with a reception desk, a hire safe, a currency exchange facility, a lift, a newspaper stand and a small supermarket. The hotel is ideal for families. The facade of the hotel was renovated in 2012.

There are two types of rooms. Rooms with a capacity of 2/4 persons consist of a double room, en suite bathroom, American kitchen equipped with microwaves, a double sofa, air conditioning, flat television and furnished terrace (around 45 m², with a 7 m² terrace). Rooms with a capacity of 4/6 persons consist of two double rooms, en suite bathroom, American kitchen equipped with microwaves, a double sofa, air conditioning, television and furnished terrace (around 50 m², with a 7 m² terrace). Bed linen catering for the capacity of the apartment and hand towels are included. Cleaning takes place prior to guests' arrival, and there is a change of linen on a weekly basis.

Guests may take advantage of the swimming pool and the solarium. Sports enthusiasts have the opportunity to make use of the hotel's table tennis and mini golf facilities.
